Where are you located?

We are located in Naples SWFL, 34112. We make cakes to order only and don’t have a physical location store that you can visit at this time. After placing your order you are going to receive an email with the address for picking up and for the deposit.

How much time in advance should I contact you?

We suggest a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior to your event. However, since we only accept a limited amount of orders per week, we recommend that you secure our services as soon as possible.
We can accept last minute orders on a case to case base. Call us for possible exceptions.

Can I get my order delivered?

At this time we offer deliver only on wedding cakes and tier cakes.
All other cakes are available for pick up only from our bakery in Naples.
Please note that We cannot take responsibility for any issue that may arise after the cake has been picked up.

What time should I pick up my cake?

Our Pick up windows are:
Monday - Friday 10:00am to 12:00pm, 3:30pm to 5:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 to 10:00 am.

What is the best way to contact you?

‍We promise to answer all inquiries within 1 business day… however,

How to transport my cake?

Make sure you cars AC is nice and cold so the cake can acclimate to the temperature.
To minimize any potential damage to your cake, we recommend to have the cake placed a flat surface during transportation, in the trunk or on the floor of your car.
It is strongly recommended that the cake is NOT placed on the car seat or you have a person holding it in their lap.
Once you are home, if you are storing your cake for the next day, keep the cake in its original packaging and store it in your refrigerator. Do not leave it out or in a hot/humid room. This applies to any desserts being picked up as well.

‍We cannot take responsibility for any issue that may arise after the cake has been picked up!!

Do you offer shipping?

We currently do not offer shipping on any of our products.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for our online orders. We use a Stripe, a secured 3rd party payment gateway to process all payments made on our website.
For our custom made cakes we use Stripe for de deposits and cash for the remaining balance upon pick up.

Do you offer Gluten free cakes?
